I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years now. I started my fitness journey in my 20's and never stopped!
I can never forget my competition experience with the WBFF. It showed me that with hard work and determination anything is possible. Believe in yourself and you can do it too. I did it!
I used to own my own gym in Sint Maarten in the Caribbean. I moved to Macedonia 3 years ago with my family and we loved this new step in our lives and love Macedonian food, culture and people!
My fitness background includes spinning, nutrition, pilates, personal training and maternity training. Over the years I have developed my own workout method by combining dance, body weight, strength and HIIT for quick and effective weight loss and muscle definition.
The situation with COVID-19 is apparently not slowing down. So I have finally decided to continue my fitness coaching online. I am just a friendly female trainer who will guide you through the most effective exercises to reach your ultimate body goal in a fun atmosphere and with my unique methods. you will never get bored.
Fitness can be enjoyable for everyone. All ages, genders, shapes and sizes are welcome!

A carefully calculated program designed for over 40 year olds with moderate cardio and resistance training to improve your strength, balance and mobility. Age is just a number!
For this class I will be providing online individual training (1 on 1) for you. with a custom diet plan to suit your goals. The schedule for classes will be set with you to fit to you daily routine. There are 8 sessions included and you can schedule up to three sessions per week with the intention that all sessions are completed within a month.
My personal training classes are hosted on mykanthaka.com. First you will need to sign up for an account on the platform and download the app. Then choose me as your trainer and a time available to book a class.
